I’m Gabby Mills, founder of Gabby Mills Fitness. I’m a proud mum of two, wife, dog mum to Henry and lifelong fitness lover.
I’ve been in the fitness world since I was 16, from teaching swim lessons to leading group classes and like many women, I’ve battled fad diets and body image struggles along the way.
Those challenges shaped me.
They gave me the empathy, strength, and drive to help other women feel strong, confident, and empowered.
For the last 15+ years, I’ve made it my mission to coach and support women through 1:1 programs, personalised workouts, and real, lasting mindset shifts.

Since launching Gabby Mills Fitness, I’ve guided 150+ women to break past their limits, redefine what strength means to them, and achieve sustainable results.
My method combines evidence-based training, flexible nutrition frameworks, and mindset mastery to deliver long-term transformation.
My mission is clear: to empower women to take full ownership of their health, confidence, and future.

We work with women who are new to lifting, overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition advice and stuck in patterns that don’t match the woman they want to be. You’re used to keeping it all together in life. This is the space where you learn how to take care of yourself, without the pressure.
We take a soft but strong approach. We lead with grounded support, clear direction and training that helps you feel good in your body, not at war with it. Because real confidence isn’t about how you look, it’s about how you follow through.
This isn’t about restriction, willpower or pushing through when you're already exhausted. This is about understanding your body, building real habits and giving yourself the tools to feel capable; in and out of the gym.
