Absolutely! whether you’re new to training or returning after time off, your plan is tailored to you starting point and evolves as you progress

Everyone’s starting point is a little different, but with 1:1 coaching you’ll usually start to feel results (more energy, consistency, strength improvements) within the first couple of weeks.
In terms of visible changes like body composition and confidence, most people notice a real difference within 4–6 weeks if they stay consistent with training and nutrition. By 12 weeks, the progress can feel like a complete reset
The beauty of 1:1 coaching is that it’s fully tailored to you, so you’ll always know exactly what to do and won’t waste time guessing.

Most clients train 3-5 times per week, with sessions ranging form 30-60 minutes. Everything is customised around your schedule.
